Good quality product but just over a year on from purchasing mats from them I damaged 3 of mine with the heat from my car exhaust - 100% my fault.
I couldn’t see the tiles I bought on their website so messaged them only to find out they had discontinued the tiles - which they told me they manufacture as a bespoke item.
I would expect them to keep back a little stock for situations like mine and if they manufacture them as a bespoke item I would expect them to be able to make me a few, but afraid not.
I’m now left with over £500 of floor tiles that now need replacing as I can’t get 3 to match what I already have.
Very disappointed and would put me off using them in the future.
