Our units will not pass a building permit.
The standard ceiling height needs to be a minimum of 2.4m and our units are 2.25m in ceiling height.
Alternatively we can put our unit on a trailer, and then it would be regarded as an expandable caravan or tiny house. And it wouldn’t then need a building permit,
But we always recommend you consult your council if that’s the case with their regulations.

The 40 ft expandable container home, it’s the largest of our homes. At 74m2 it certainly feels like a home and not container living.

comes with the option of 2 extra large bedrooms for $52950 plus GST, 3 large bedrooms for $54950 plus GST. The one super large bedroom with walking robe and a small bedroom is $56950 plus GST.

The bathroom in the 40ft expandable container home is larger than the 20ft expandable container home with provision for a washing machine.

With a huge living area, its big enough for any type of family.

You can choose 5 exterior colours, white, red, blue, Gunmetal grey and iron green grey. See exterior colour option.

An extra external sliding door is optional for extra $700.
