Outdoor 11KV 630KVA 11/0.4KV Electrical Compact Transformer Substation
The compact electrical substation is a complete set of new power transformer equipment developed by our company on the basis of the transformation of the national urban power grid. It is the best combination of oil-immersed sealed power transformers and high and low voltage electrical components. Through structural optimization, the switch cabinet is miniaturized, and the occupied area of the combined transformer is greatly reduced. It has the advantages of small size, low noise, reliable power supply, reasonable structure, simple installation, easy operation, and easy use. The network automation terminal can be assembled in the high-voltage ring network cabinet to realize reliable detection of short-circuit and single-phase grounding faults, and has the "four remote" function; this is conducive to the automatic upgrade of network distribution. It is widely used in commercial central stations in residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises, airport railway schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings and places.
Configuration of low-voltage main distribution cabinet for box transformer
The low-voltage main distribution cabinet of the box transformer generally needs to be equipped with an incoming low-voltage isolation switch, a low-voltage main circuit breaker, and a low-voltage main metering device. The low-voltage isolation switch must be installed to meet the needs of daily maintenance and repair. The low-voltage main circuit breaker is selected based on the transformer capacity and the short-circuit current at the installation location of the circuit breaker.
The low-voltage main circuit breaker of transformers generally adopts frame type intelligent circuit breakers, and the selection and setting requirements are as follows:
(1) The rated current of the circuit breaker. Generally, 2.0-2.5 times the capacity value of the transformer is sufficient. The corresponding rated breaking current is greater than the short-circuit current value on the low-voltage side of the transformer, and calibration is rarely required.
(2) Long time delay (i.e. inverse time, overload) overcurrent release setting current Lset, required to meet In ≤ Iset1 ≤ Iz. Among them, In is the rated current on the low-voltage side of the transformer, and Iz is the current carrying capacity of the low-voltage busbar. To fully utilize the capacity of the transformer without affecting its service life, Iset1 should be equal to or close to In.
(3) Short time delay (i.e. fixed time limit, overcurrent) overcurrent and release setting current Iset2, required to meet 1.2Ifj ≤ Iset2 ≤ Id/1.3. Among them, Ifj is the short-term load peak current of the transformer, and Id is the single-phase grounding fault current of the transformer. This requirement is easy to meet for transformers connected to D and yn11, but not for transformers connected to Y and yn0. This is also why box transformers often use D and yn11 transformers. The setting time of the short delay overcurrent release of the transformer low-voltage main circuit breaker is generally 0.6 seconds, which can ensure that the time difference with the next level circuit breaker is not less than 0.2 seconds.
(4) Instantaneous overcurrent release setting current Iset3. Due to the short delay overcurrent protection, in order to ensure better selectivity, the Iset3 value can be set higher, usually taking Iset1, which is 12-15 times the value.
Automatic reactive power compensation device for box transformer
According to the current national standards, the reactive power compensation capacity is generally required to be configured at 30% of the transformer capacity, which is of course meeting the requirements for high natural power factor usage conditions. However, with the rapid popularization of inductive household appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and energy-saving lighting fixtures, sometimes it is not possible to achieve the expected effect when configured according to 30% of the transformer capacity. Therefore, it is advisable to configure according to 40% to 60% of the transformer capacity and automatically compensate in 10 control circuits. Although the cost has increased, the cost is relatively insignificant compared to the entire box transformer, and the compensation effect is good.
Configuration of low-voltage outgoing cabinet
The number of circuits in the low-voltage outgoing cabinet of the box transformer is generally determined based on the load distribution in its power supply area and appropriate reservation of 1-3 circuits. The specifications and models of circuit breakers selected for each circuit are determined based on their corresponding calculated loads. The selection and setting requirements of low-voltage circuit breakers for each feeder are similar to those of the transformer main circuit breaker. But the prerequisite is to know the calculated load current of each feeder. Only then can reasonable allocation be achieved
