The progressive lubrication system consists of a lubrication pump, a progressive distributor, pipeline accessories, and a control component. During oil pumping, a series of pistons in the progressive distributor undergo differential reciprocating motion in a specific sequence, resulting in each oil point receiving oil in a predetermined order.

The oil output primarily depends on the stroke and cross-sectional area of the pistons within the progressive distributor. The working pressure ranges from 10 to 25MPa, with displacement ranging from 0.05 to 20ML per cycle. The filtration accuracy is set at 150 microns, and up to 200 lubrication points can be configured. Additionally, the progressive distributor can connect up to three levels.

 

The system can be equipped with an oil indicator rod and blockage alarm for monitoring the supply condition of each filling point. In case of blockage or lack of oil production, the indicator rod will cease operation while triggering an immediate alarm signal through the alarm device. Furthermore, movement tracking or counting of the indicator rod can be achieved using a controller.

 

The progressive fuel dispenser is categorized into two types: integrated type and chip type. Depending on specific applications, different structures or combinations of slices may be selected to achieve periodic or nearly continuous lubrication.
