In the field of the stainless steel, the scale advantage and competitiveness of Fujian Hongwang have significantly improved: the annual production of 600,000 tons four-stand tandem mill and continuous annealing pickling line has successfully commenced production. The Group's East China electrical steel core and stainless steel processing projects have been settled in Wuxi, which will greatly enhance our service capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta region market.

Acid Recovery Purification and Regeneration System

Acid recovery purification and regeneration system mainly recovers nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid from mixed acid in stainless steel pickling process section. It is a metal pickling wastewater treatment system includes a regulating tank, a neutralization tank, a coagulation tank, a high-efficiency clarification tank, a chelating reaction tank and a inclined plate sedimentation tank.
The mixed acid wastewater simply precipitates the granular sludge with large proportion in the sedimentation tank, and then it is lifted to the primary neutralization tank of the mixed acid wastewater through the lifting pump of the mixed acid wastewater regulating tank. Then flows into the secondary neutralization tank by gravity. By adding lime into the two-stage neutralization tank of the mixed acid wastewater, the metal ions and fluoride are further removed under the slightly alkaline condition.
The wastewater enters into the coagulation tank, adding PAC. At the same time, PAM is added before entering the clarifier, and sludge is precipitated in the wastewater reaction clarifier. The supernatant from the acid clarification tank successively enters the three-stage neutralization tank, chelation reaction tank and secondary coagulation tank for chemical reaction again. The effluent goes into the inclined plate sedimentation tank, and the effluent of the supernatant goes into the intermediate tank, and then goes through the pump lifting biochemical system for denitrification treatment.

After reduction, alkali is added to make it generate chromium hydroxide precipitation under alkaline conditions, and then coagulant is added to remove chromium ion.
All the wastewater is filtered by the filter press and then sent to the reuse pool, which is then pumped to the reverse osmosis system for treatment. After RO membrane reverse osmosis treatment, the quality of fresh water effluent reaches the discharge standard and is discharged.
