For the installation of a stretch ceiling, we prepare a PVC film in the warehouse. We cut it out of the roll according to the dimensions of your area. Then a special retainer (harpoon) is welded along the perimeter of the film for fixing the product in to the mounting profile. Further, a mounting profile is attached to the walls of the room or prepared niche. Then we will install all LED component on the existing slab ar prepared surface in the niche.
The film is then heated, stretched and inserted into the mounting profile. To install the PVC film, it is necessary to preheat it with a gas blower. So it will acquire the necessary elasticity and be able to stretch.
